1. Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 10 days from the date of purchase. To qualify, the product must be in its original condition,  and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exchange Process: If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we are happy to accommodate your request immediately upon receiving the original product in its eligible condition.

3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

4. Refund Timeline: The refund will be completed within 10 working days from the date we receive your returned item.
