Shipping Cost: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders within the UAE. 

Delivery Area: We proudly deliver throughout the entire UAE.

Delivery Time: Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered within two working days. Please note, orders placed after 4 PM on Fridays will be delivered on Monday, as we do not offer delivery on Sundays.

1. Do you offer free shipping?
   - Yes, we offer free shipping within the UAE. 

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
   - UAE: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM; two working days for orders placed after 12 PM.

3. Do you ship internationally?
   - Currently, we ship within UAE only.  We do not offer shipping to other GCC and international destinations at this time.

4. Can I track my order?
   - Yes! Once shipped, you'll receive an SMS from our fulfilment partners with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account on our website to view order status.
